Exhibitor Show Guide Entry

  • Deadline Date for Show Guide Listing is 24 May 2024
    All entries must be in by the deadline to ensure a listing in the Show Guide
  • To complete your show guide listing you will be required to enter: Company name, stand number, address and contact details, a brief description (approx 30 words) describing your products and services and tick relevant products/services categories.
  • Please check your entry carefully.

You will receive a confirmation email with what you have entered, and a link to allow access for you to make changes before the deadline date.

If you can't find that email then enter the email address that was used to confirm show guide information here to have the link sent to you again.

STAND LISTING INSTRUCTIONS

As part of your show package, every exhibitor is entitled to one stand listing in the Show Guide.
Please click the button above to enter your stand details.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • There is a character limit of 300 characters (including spaces). This is approximately 30 words. If you enter too many characters, the listing will not process until the description has been shortened.
  • There is a products and services index with a list of categories.  Please tick whatever categories are relevant to your business – there is no limit.  If there are no categories that accurately describe your products and services please tick “other” and put in a relevant category.   This information will then be turned into an index so that visitors can easily find a company that sells the product or service they require.
  • Make sure you enter your email address and then press the “Yes – submit listing now” button when you have finished.   If the entry has been done correctly you will automatically receive a confirmation.  If you do not receive the confirmation within 3 hours please contact the XPO Operations team on +64 9 976 8300.
  • Once you have entered your stand listing, you will then be given the opportunity to enter exhibitor ID badge names. These names will be turned into your team’s security badges allowing your staff access to the stand for the duration of the show.  If you do not wish to enter badge details now just select “Do Badges Another Time”.
  • If you are sharing a stand and want two different company listings, a second listing will need to be purchased.
