A Mechanical Engineer by training, Andy’s career in real estate and infrastructure is characterised by three themes: large-scale, complex, project and programme management; business transformation and change management; and a passion for shared learning. Andy has led major initiatives across defence, healthcare, education, and infrastructure. With global experience at Lendlease, Skanska, Ferrovial, and Neom, and an interest in the potential disruption of property and construction, he now drives innovation as Procore’s Industry Transformation Director.
