Bruno gained extensive commercial expertise working in New Zealand and overseas while managing professional consultancies and leading project teams. He joined our Auckland team in 2005 and was appointed as Regional Director – Auckland and Waikato/BoP in 2010 before taking over as Chief Executive Officer in March 2024. In over 20 years at Naylor Love, Bruno has fostered a culture of open communication, mutual respect, shared goals and a commitment to staff development. His people-centred style sees him maintain strong, collaborative relationships outside the organisation, with high levels of negotiated work and repeat business testament to the success of this approach.
