Claire Falck is the CEO of the Building Research Association of New Zealand (BRANZ). Under her leadership, BRANZ is focused on delivering practical research, testing, assurance and expert advice to create more affordable, resilient, sustainable and higher quality buildings for New Zealanders.

Collaboration is at the heart of BRANZ’s approach, and Claire is passionate about working across the entire building and construction sector to drive meaningful change. 

Appointed as CEO in 2023, she brings extensive experience in system design and transformation, with senior roles in both public and private sectors - including New Zealand Police, Rio Tinto, Housing New Zealand Corporation and MartinJenkins.
